The wine is a 50/50 blend from the South and North Okanagan regions, combining the richness of the South’s arid landscapes with the freshness of the North’s cooler temperatures and high elevations. This balance results in a wine that is both ripe and bright, with layers of fruit and a delicate balance of acidity. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a portion aged in neutral oak, allowing the wine to develop complexity while maintaining its fresh character.
