De Luze XO Fine Champagne Cognac is crafted by the De Luze family, who have been producing cognac since 1822. This XO expression is a blend of carefully selected eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Grande and Petite Champagne crus, with the oldest eaux-de-vie dating back to the 1980 harvest from the Boinaud Estate. The cognac undergoes aging in French oak barrels, which imparts depth and complexity to its flavor profile. Floral aromas of jasmine, iris, orange blossom, and medlar flowers, complemented by fruity notes of figs, prunes, crème brûlée, and candied orange.
