This small-batch bourbon undergoes a unique refining process, being filtered through Texas mesquite and oak charcoals, which imparts a distinctive smoky character and depth to the whiskey. The bourbon is crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, and is aged for 8 years in new charred oak barrels. On the nose, it presents a balanced blend of vanilla and spices.
