Description
Trivento Reserve Malbec is a distinguished expression of Argentina’s signature grape, sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza. The 2021 vintage is crafted from 100% Malbec grapes, harvested in late March. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Approximately 20% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for six months, imparting subtle vanilla nuances. On the nose, it presents a bouquet of fig, plum, and raspberry, intertwined with hints of vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied, offering a harmonious balance of fruit flavors and oak influence, leading to a smooth, velvety finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine is best served at 16–18°C and can be cellared for up to three years. It pairs excellently with beef, lamb, pork, and other hearty dishes.
