Crafted from 100% wheat grain grown in the South Peace area of British Columbia, Shadow in the Lake Vodka is produced one batch at a time using a 3,000-liter mash tun and a 600-liter hybrid pot still with both 4-plate and 16-plate columns. This meticulous process results in a vodka that is slightly thickened when chilled, offering light vegetal aromas with hints of grainy spiciness and a pleasant mint-like scent.
