Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is crafted by Mount Gay Distilleries Ltd., the world’s oldest commercial rum distillery, established in 1703 in Barbados. This rum is produced from molasses, double distilled, and aged up to two years in white Kentucky oak ex-bourbon barrels. The aging process imparts a semi-sweet profile with flavors of apricot, banana, and vanilla, culminating in a lightly smoked, long-lasting finish. Mount Gay Eclipse has received positive recognition, earning an 88-point rating from Wine Enthusiast.
