Launched in 2003, Innis & Gunn Original is the flagship beer of Innis & Gunn Brewery. The brewery’s founders discovered the remarkable effects of cask maturation, leading to the creation of this distinctive ale. The beer undergoes a unique aging process in hand-selected single-malt whisky casks, resulting in a smooth and rich flavor profile. Aroma notes include vanilla, toffee, and oak, complemented by hints of orange marmalade and citrus fruits. This innovative approach has earned the beer multiple awards, including a Grand Gold certification at the 2021 Monde Selection.
